1. Introduction

Welcome to EPWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and EPWin ("EPWin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the EPWin website at epwin.app, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer services, and any other features made available through the platform.

EPWin is a digital gaming and sports betting platform operated for players based in Pakistan. All transactions on EPWin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on EPWin, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety without reservation.

These Terms should be read together with EPWin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on EPWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EPWin strictly prohibits minors from accessing any gaming or betting services on the platform.
• You must be the holder of a valid Pakistani mobile number and a bank account or mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or equivalent) for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of an EPWin employee in any operational capacity.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or active cooling-off period on EPWin or any affiliated platform.
• Your participation must not violate any law or regulation applicable to your specific circumstances.

EPWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Registration and Rules

Each player is entitled to register exactly one account on EPWin. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. EPWin will not be responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EPWin login credentials (username and password).
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact EPWin support immediately via live chat or support@epwin.app.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.
• EPWin accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person.

EPWin may verify your identity before processing any withdrawal and at any other time deemed appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Verification may include submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. EPWin may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing during the verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

EPWin supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your EPWin account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must only deposit funds that you personally own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment credentials belonging to another individual, is prohibited.
• EPWin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise approved by EPWin's payments team.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes for mobile wallet destinations (Easypaisa/JazzCash) and within 24 hours for bank transfers.
• EPWin does not charge withdrawal fees. Transfers to bank accounts may be subject to standard interbank processing times beyond EPWin's control.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes active bonus funds.
• EPWin reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

EPWin runs a range of promotional offers for Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket betting specials, tournament prize pools, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• One bonus per person: Each EPWin account, household, device, and IP address is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and free bets expire if not used or wagered within the period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may have different contribution percentages. The contribution rate is detailed in each promotion.
• Abuse: EPWin reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, exploit an error in a promotion, or circumvent wagering requirements through irregular play patterns.

6. Sports Betting Rules

This section applies to all sports betting markets available on EPWin, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test), football, and any other sports markets made available on the platform from time to time.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation.
• Bets are accepted at EPWin's sole discretion. EPWin reserves the right to reject or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. EPWin is not liable for delays in receiving match data that may affect the odds displayed during in-play betting.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, EPWin's settlement rules for the specific market type will apply. Generally, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes returned unless sufficient play has occurred to determine an unconditional result under the applicable competition rules.
• EPWin's cricket betting markets settle according to official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Results obtained from unofficial sources are not used for settlement.
• Maximum payout per bet and per event is determined by EPWin's trading team and may vary by market. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the bet slip.
• If EPWin identifies a bet placed using incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, it reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.

7. Casino, Poker, and Card Games

The following rules apply to all casino and card game products on EPWin, including Live Casino tables, Andar Bahar, Poker, Card Games, and Fishing Games.

• All EPWin casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) operate on a certified, independently audited RNG system. The statistical distribution of outcomes meets international fairness standards.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing, wheel spinning, or dice rolls conducted by a real dealer in front of a camera. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of player preference or expectation.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session or number of rounds.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, EPWin's system records the game state at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the round will be completed based on the recorded state. If the system cannot determine the game state, the round will be voided and the bet returned.
• EPWin Poker tables are played against other human players only. EPWin does not operate poker bot accounts. Anti-bot detection runs continuously on all poker tables.
• Collusion between players at poker tables — sharing hand information, coordinating betting, or any other form of cooperative play to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming

EPWin takes responsible gaming seriously and considers it a fundamental obligation to its players and the communities it serves in Pakistan. Gaming and betting should remain a form of entertainment — when it stops being fun or starts to cause financial, emotional, or personal difficulties, it is time to seek help.

EPWin provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your EPWin account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play so you are aware of how long you have been active.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you are willing to lose in a given period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from EPWin for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from EPWin. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed on player request during that time.

9. Privacy and Data

EPWin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on EPWin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• EPWin uses SSL-256 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and EPWin's servers.
• Player financial data, including payment method details, is processed through certified payment gateways and is never stored in plain text on EPWin's servers.
• EPWin will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• EPWin may share account information with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where legally required or where EPWin reasonably believes it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data EPWin holds about you. Such requests should be directed to support@epwin.app.

10. User Conduct

All users of EPWin are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is fair, respectful, and consistent with a legitimate recreational gaming experience. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one account on EPWin.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with EPWin games, markets, or any other platform functionality.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to make bets or play games in a manner inconsistent with EPWin's intended operation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of EPWin's software, game content, or platform code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing EPWin staff, live dealers, or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Using EPWin's platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

EPWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering or use of EPWin for any unlawful financial activity.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as inactive. EPWin will notify affected users before any action is taken.

Upon account closure, EPWin will return the verified account balance (minus any pending bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player's nominated payment method, provided the closure is not due to breach of these Terms. If closure results from a Terms breach, EPWin reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

EPWin's platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those specifically stated in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPWin disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond EPWin's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of EPWin's platform.
• Losses arising from the misuse of your account credentials by a third party.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions.

EPWin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the total amount wagered by you in connection with the specific event or game that gave rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

EPWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, EPWin will notify active users via the email or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notification within the platform itself.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of EPWin's services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, your only recourse is to close your EPWin account before the amendment takes effect. EPWin will return your verified balance upon a closure request made for this reason.
